At Addicted 2 Dance Shoes Inc. our mission is to ensure that you as a customer will be completely satisfied with your Dance Shoes purchase. IF you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, here is what you can do:
For On-line Purchases Only:
We understand that sometimes it’s bit hard to buy a pair of shoes on-line, especially if you have never tried them on before. Therefore we allow 100% full money back guarantee for in-stock online purchased only. If you simply are not satisfied with your shoes or they do not fit, please e-mail: addicted2danceshoes@yahoo.ca within 14 days after receiving your package. We will insure you an RA number for your return.

Make sure that the RA number is visible on the front of parcel.
Once we receive the package, we will issue you a refund in the method you paid for the value of the shoes and any applicable taxes. Please be advised that shipping charges will not be refunded. Any items which are not regular stock items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in case of return.
Please note that the shoes must be returned unworn with clean soles, without any visible dirt or scratches. Any shoes with markings on the soles will be returned to the customer at the customer’s own expense.
For On-line Custom orders:
Unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund for custom-made shoes. If there is a size issue we will remake the shoes for you in a larger or smaller size. However you are responsible for shipping the shoes back to us and for the shipping charges for the new pair. We highly recommend coming in to the store to get a proper custom-made shoes fitting, unless you have previously ordered the same pair of shoes from us. Please make sure that you follow all online-directions when ordering custom shoes. Addicted 2 Dance Shoes Inc. is not responsible for the final product outcome if the customer is not clear about what they want to order.
If you need to exchange your custom-made shoes, please make sure that they are unworn and e-mail us a detailed explanation of the exchange.
For Store Purchases Only:
When purchasing in-store you are getting a proper fitting, where our professional fitter will make recommendations according to his/her experience of what shoes will work best for you. You get to see and try the shoes on in person and therefore should not have any issues with the sizing and fit. Therefore, we do not offer a full refund for any purchases made in store for any reason. If you have second thoughts about your purchase or are simply not completely satisfied with the product you bought, we will gladly exchange it for any other style within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure that the shoes you are bringing back are in unworn condition, with clean soles and without any visible markings or scratches. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the shoes are visibly worn or have any visible markings on the soles.
In-store custom orders:
When we order a pair of shoes for you, we ask you for a deposit. You will be asked to pay the balance once your shoes arrive and you are satisfied with them. Please be advised that if you are not happy with the shoes you ordered, we will either reorder them in another size or you can choose to use the deposit towards a different pair of shoes. Please note that the deposit is not refundable.
